Don Goodrich grew up in Stamford, CT and graduated from Rippowam High School in 1966. His degrees include a BS from the University of Iowa in English, where he completed their Writer’s Workshop, and an MA from Fairfield University in Special Education. Don taught middle school English for 37 years in Stamford, CT. He and his wife (also a teacher) built their Bethel home in 1976 where they raised their 3 daughters. Don and his wife are currently retired and enjoy travelling and visiting their 7 grandchildren in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
